Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 7-10 days to ship depending on the order. All, Prayer For Marriage orders are custom made, and printed-on-demand. This allows us to be industry leading in the number of custom designs we are able to offer.
We do carry some stock in the Best Sellers and sometimes those can ship the same day they are ordered. Orders can take up to 7-10 Business days
to arrive depending on the level of customization and if it's a non-stock item. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to our customer service and we will do our very best to make sure it arrives on time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive
a link to track your order.

How can I exchange an item?
Hassle-Free of course! Yes, it's never a problem, please just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order# and
reason for the returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
**ALL Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was ordered. There are NO returns what so ever for any item custom, or hand
made or Monogrammed items. Those sales are final, no exceptions.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely! If you don't love your Prayer For Marriage item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of purchase
date. Items must be in the same condition, unwashed and not unused, and in its same package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
